NCL CCG will ensure effective communication mechanisms are adopted to encourage consistent and regular communications to staff and staff side organisations. We want the process to be as collaborative as possible and will ensure we continue to update, engage and listen to staff.

We understand that everyone responds differently to change and that needs and circumstances vary between individuals. Going through change can be a challenging and emotive time and therefore as part of the HR transition framework, the NCL CCG is committed to putting in place flexible and tailored support to meet the needs of both the organisation and staff in a number of ways:
