‘Supporting the wellbeing of racially minoritised staff’ focus group

On Thursday 28 April, from 1-2pm, KeepingWell NCL will be hosting their first online focus group via Zoom.

Racially minoritised people have been disproportionately affected during the pandemic, particularly in health and social care settings. So, to ensure that the KeepingWell NCL staff wellbeing hub fully supports the needs of all our staff, they are committed to working with racially minoritised staff to understand the impact on their wellbeing and needs.

Do you have ideas about what is needed, or being overlooked? Want to get involved in shaping support services and resources, to help ensure the needs of all our staff are supported?

Health and social care staff in any role (including care home staff) who identify as belonging to a racially minoritised group are invited to take part in this online focus group. This is the first in a series from the Hub to inform and influence their approach to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of our whole workforce (look out for our LGBTQ+ staff and staff with disabilities focus groups coming soon).
