IT Service Desk change of email address

Due to the disaggregation of services from NEL CSU to the CSU Collaborative and the London Shared Services, the  email address for CRC teams has changed.

From the 4 April 2022, the current email address for North Central London and GPs, will be replaced by the central email

These changes are to introduce efficiencies in how support requests are processed, the new email has the benefit of logging a call directly into our system without the need of manual input from our analysts, providing a swifter and more efficient service.

There will be an out of office on the old addresses reminding you of the changes.

Please note the Self-Service portal is unaffected by this change and can be found at the usual address –
