The Good Thinking team are pleased to announce the release of further mental health and wellbeing support for children and young people.
The, “Five ways to wellbeing for Children and Young People” are targeted at 11-16 olds and give tips and tricks that they can adopt in their everyday life to improve their mental health and wellbeing. We will also be releasing a series of videos to support this on social media in the coming weeks.
This resource has been developed with support from the Southwark, Newham, Islington and Haringey local authorities as well as input from Partnership for Young London and the Digital Health Ambassadors.
