Enfield and Haringey office moves – an update

Haringey

As you are aware, River Park House has not been accessible recently, due to a variety of issues including problems with the air conditioning. The Local Authority are continuing to assess the office space on the 4th Floor at River Park House.

We are mindful that Haringey staff need a borough-based office to work from, and are therefore having discussions with the Local Authority to secure another area within River Park House for CCG staff. Once confirmed, we will let all staff know the arrangements.

We will retain suitable office space in River Park House until we move to 48 Station Road which is now forecast to be in Summer 2022. If you have any questions, please contact the Business Services Team on nclccg.businessservices@nhs.net

Enfield

There has been significant engagement with all Enfield-based staff regarding the temporary office relocation to North London Business Park in Barnet as a result of the CCG being served notice by the landlord to vacate Holbrook House and Churchwood House by January 2022.

We are now entering into a period of formal consultation with affected staff. The consultation period launches today (Friday 15 October) and will close on Monday 15 November.

During the consultation period, there will be an opportunity for all staff in scope to discuss the office move with Deborah McBeal, Director of Integration, and Karl Thompson, Assistant Director of Business Services. Both have set aside dedicated time each week to meet with affected staff.

Staff are also encouraged to attend the HR drop-in sessions, where staff can receive information on HR processes and policies, as well as information on the support available via the Employee Assistance Programme. Please see the HR intranet page for dates and times of the HR drop-in sessions.

All comments, views and feedback will be collated, and once the consultation has ended on 15 November, we will update you on the outcome and next steps.

If you are based from the Enfield office and do not receive the consultation documentation today, please contact nclccg.businessservices@nhs.net
